Some have proclaimed it ''the best food in town'' and since opening her South American food trailer last month Isabel Garrido (pictured) has gained a following of regular customers.
''It's cheap food but it's really tasty.''
Business has been consistent and she had extended her hours from noon to midnight, seven days a week when the weather was fine. The gruelling hours were worth it because of the happiness she had experienced, she said, as the food outlet had been a seven-year dream. Originally from Chile, Ms Garrido said she was looking at branching into the private party catering business.
