Ms Surrey, directing her fourth play reading, said the 2008
play by Carl Nixon was ''a witty and poignant piece of New
Zealand theatre, looking at the realities of everyday life''.
Remarkable Theatre presents a new play reading in the casino
on the first Sunday evening of each month.
