Holidaymakers at Glendhu Bay camp near Wanaka are back under
a ''boil water'' regime.
Queenstown Lakes District Council infrastructure general
manager Erik Barnes on Thursday said the camp's water supply
came from Lake Wanaka and the ''boil water'' notice sparked
by an E. coli scare and lifted about two weeks ago was put
back in place as a precaution.
''With hot temperatures, we want to eliminate any possibility
that any contamination could infiltrate the system.''
