Bear Grylls
High-profile TV adventurer Bear Grylls is returning to
the South and will be based in Wanaka for two months, according
to reports.
Fairfax media is reporting that the British survival expert,
who found fame in the Discovery Channel's Man Vs Wild series,
has leased office space in the town along with rooms for his
crew at a Wanaka hotel.
Grylls filmed an episode of Man Vs Wild television in Mt
Aspiring National Park, near Wanaka, in 2011.
