Queenstown and Wanaka property management agency Housemart
will head to Auckland this weekend to defend New Zealand
Property Management titles awarded to it last year.
The company has four staff named finalists in two categories
of the 2013 awards and has also been named a finalist in the
New Zealand agency of the year category, a title it won in
Queenstown property manager Katrina Roberts will also defend
her property manager of the year title on Saturday, against
her Wanaka colleague Colleen Topping, who is also a finalist
in that category, having been named runner-up last year.
Andrea Bono, of Wanaka, will defend her support person of the
year title, also up against her Queenstown colleague Liz
Jeffrey, a first-time finalist in the same category.
Housemart director Hayley Stevenson said the company was
''absolutely delighted'' to have so many staff in the finals
and to again be picked to compete for the agency of the year
''To be where we are, two years in a row, demonstrates that
we continue to grow our business and develop the systems we
have in place to the very highest standards.
''We operate from small offices in Queenstown and Wanaka, so
for a company that's relatively young and new, this is a huge
achievement for the team.''
Housemart was launched in Wanaka in 2010 and the Queenstown
branch opened in Terrace Junction later that year.
