Sequins can be traded for hooks, yarn swapped for fabric,
buttons for lace or any other combination imaginable at the
Glenorchy Village Fair next Sunday.
The small village at the top of the lake will once again be
celebrating at Labour Weekend, but last year's raging 150th
anniversary is being replaced by an old-fashioned village
fair this year.
Joining the craft swap stand will be stalls selling food and
crafts and the Queenstown Jazz Orchestra will perform.
The fair will be held on the Village Green on Sunday, October
27, from 11am-4pm.
