Distinction Nugget Point Spa Resort Hotel, a luxury
boutique property near Queenstown, is on the market and
attracting ''a wide assortment of expressions of interest'',
the real estate agent says.
The 25-year-old hotel at Arthurs Point is on 8043sq m of land
above the Shotover River, with Coronet Peak as a backdrop.
