A new website is helping New Zealand tourism operators
deliver quality experiences to the growing numbers of Chinese
The ''China Toolkit'' is an output of the China Market
Review, released earlier this year by Prime Minister and
Tourism Minister John Key.
It was funded by the Ministry of Business, Innovation and
Employment and developed by Tourism New Zealand.
The four segments are. -
• About China: Learn the basics about China, its people,
culture and how to do business.
• Getting Ready: Making sure operators are prepared for
Chinese visitors in language, etiquette, food and other
• Market Intelligence: Tap into the wealth of information
available to help with business planning.
• Information for Visitors: Access material, much of it in
Chinese, to provide to Chinese visitors.
