THE ANZ netball grant scheme is calling for entries from deserving netball players and coaches throughout New Zealand, offering $100,000 in grants to be used for everything netball related.
ANZ head of sponsorship Sue McGregor said the grants could be used for new gear, uniforms, coaching equipment, repairs to hoops and courts or even tickets to ANZ Championship games.
School and social teams, individual players and diehard fans were all able to apply for a grant, Ms McGregor said.
''We want to hear from every netball player, fan and team in the region who needs assistance,'' she said.
''Whether it's for new uniforms or new goal posts, applying for an ANZ netball grant might help you get what you need to reach your goals.''
Applications to receive a share of the $100,000 could be made at www.anzcourtside.co.nz by June 3.
