Richard Callandar has been appointed SkyCity Queenstown and Wharf Casino general manager, replacing Michelle Ballie, who has been appointed general manager of SkyCity Hamilton.
Mr Callandar is SkyCity Auckland's table games general manager.
SkyCity Entertainment Group Group Services and human resources general manager Grainne Troute said the appointments showed the company would continue to have strong operational expertise at both regional properties.
Ms Ballie had been with SkyCity since it first opened in Auckland and her ''extensive company and industry experience'' had been an integral part in building the company's presence in Queenstown.
Mr Callandar was described as ''an asset'' to the SkyCity team and the company was confident he would continue to make ''significant contributions'' to the business in Queenstown, Ms Troute said.
