Queenstown police have charged a second Englishman with
dealing cannabis in the resort.
Officers arrested the man (21) at 3pm on Tuesday and charged
him with possession of the class C drug for supply under the
Misuse of Drugs Act.
The arrest follows that of another British man (26) early on
Friday. He is accused of dealing in ounces of cannabis over
the past year and faces a representative charge of possession
Two French nationals were stopped by police in Wynyard Cres,
Fernhill, at 2.50am that same day and allegedly found to be
in possession of 11g of cannabis and a cannabis grinder.
And officers arrested an Arrowtown man (24) near the Beach St
toilets early on Saturday after he was seen with a white
powder, believed to be cocaine.
The powder has been sent away for tests.
