Snap Fitness and House of Travel are the latest to sign up for Frankton commercial development The Landing.
Snap Fitness has 1500 outlets in the New Zealand, US, Hong Kong and Australia.
The House of Travel store will be Otago's sixth, with four staff.
The 1.2ha The Landing development, next to Remarkables Park Town Centre, has 16 retail units and 110 car parks.
Auto parts company Repco is anchor tenant.
Stage one was finished in July and stage two is due to open in April.
