Firefighters have been battling a small scrub fire in Gibbston Valley.
A Fire Service spokesman said firefighters from Arrowtown were deployed to the fire in Gibbston Back Rd about 11am this morning.
A hose reel and foam are being used to extinguished the fire.
The blaze is "not too serious'' and no buildings are threatened, he said.
