The last of the Wanaka lavender was hand-harvested on Wednesday.
Three tonnes of lavender flowers were harvested from the farm between December and February. The farm grows 25 varieties of lavender.
Lavender farm co-owner Stef Zeestraten said it was the third harvest for the farm and he hoped the yield would double next season.
