Following a 40-date sold-out tour of the United Kingdom
and a residency in London's West End,
Grumpy Old Women
are running rampant around New Zealand and head to Arrowtown
this month.
The all-Kiwi cast of film and television leading ladies
Geraldine Brophy, Pinky Agnew and Lyndee-Jane Rutherford will
perform live on stage at the Arrowtown Athenaeum Hall on
Thursday, March 25.
Director David McPhail urged the men of New Zealand to take
their own "grumpy women" out for an evening of fun.
Promotor Ben McDonald said Grumpy Old Women had had
thousands of women filling theatres across the world - and
left hundreds of men with no idea what they were going to
have for dinner.
• The remaining 50 tickets, available on the door or from
Ticketdirect, cost $59.90 for adults, $45.90
children/students and $55.90 for groups of eight or more,
plus booking fees. Doors open at 6.30pm and the show starts
at 7.30pm.
