Charges against five directors of failed finance company
Capital + Merchant alleging they made untrue statements in
financial documents have been in front of Auckland District
Court today in a pre-committal hearing.
The Serious Fraud Office has begun an investigation into
Capital + Merchant Finance following a referral from Grant
Thornton, the receivers of companies within the Capital +
Merchant Group.
