Honey product manufacturer and exporter Comvita has been
under pressure from short supplies but remains confident it
can boost second-half earnings to better last year's $95.9
million revenue.
The hostile $71.6 million takeover bid for honey-based
manufacturer Comvita has seen a sustained gain in its share
value, elevated well beyond the $2.50 offer from the
Singaporean-based food manufacturer, Cerebos.
Natural healthcare company Comvita has posted a more than
six-fold improved profit for the year, defying a global
economic downturn and shrinking debt.
