New Zealand cricket fans can expect to see a new, improved
version of Daniel Flynn if he returns to international action
against South Africa in the third test in Wellington, says
former test captain Daniel Vettori.
Former New Zealand cricket skipper Daniel Vettori is
predictably talking up his side's chances of competing with
South Africa in the first test in Dunedin.
Australia captain Michael Clarke won the toss and chose to
bowl first in the second and final test against New Zealand
at the Bellerive Oval on Friday.
Daniel Vettori has announced his retirement from
international Twenty20 cricket in the wake of New Zealand's
one-day World Cup semifinal exit against Sri Lanka in Colombo
this morning.
The New Zealand team remains optimistic that key bowlers
Daniel Vettori and Kyle Mills will be fit for Friday's World
Cup quarterfinal against South Africa.
