A Frenchman has taken to court over a photo published online
by Google's Street View application showing him urinating in
his front yard which he believes has made him the laughing
stock of his village in rural northwest France.
Google has turned on the music at its new online store,
aiming to wrest the lead from Apple and Amazon in audio
entertainment distribution despite the absence of a major
