It all came down to the correct spelling of one word at the
Otago Daily Times Extra! spelling quiz for years 9 and
10 in Timaru last night.
One of the last jobs retiring Otago Daily Times staff
member Dennis Watkins had to do last night was process the
accompanying photograph of himself.
Otago Museum organisers are urging more people to register
for tomorrow's big quiz at the museum cafe.
Lovers of slightly curly questions will find plenty to enjoy
and, occasionally, scratch their heads over, in a big team
quiz planned for the Otago Museum on May 17.
