The Dunedin City Council's review of the Forsyth Barr Stadium
operating model will have to grapple with the potential to
fuel a money-go-round that could drive up rates across the
city, council staff say.
The temperature is rising in Dunedin's mayoral race as
incumbent Dave Cull and one of his fiercest rivals go
head-to-head over credit for slashing the Forsyth Barr
Stadium interest bills by $128 million.
