Otago harbour

I will tell you why there is next to nil car parking facilities around the Harbour or the Ocean beaches.

Earlier today two Southern Right Whales entered the Otago Harbour, being initially sighted just around 2.00pm by Port Otago crewmen on the New Era, not far from the Aramoana Mole. Tourists onboard M.V Monarch were treated to the sight of the two whales, which had made their way inside the Otago Harbour around 2.30pm this afternoon.
