A 49-year-old man who was teaching his teenage son how to
drive has been killed after their truck hit a tree in Western
Australia's South West region.
The 16-year-old was driving the Toyota Hilux near Ludlow,
Busselton, at around 6.30pm (WST) yesterday when he lost
control.
His father was seriously injured and died later in Bunbury
Hospital.
The teenage driver suffered minor injuries.
"It is yet another reminder to take care on our road,"
Sergeant Naomi Smith of WA police said.
