Two men and a woman have been charged in connection with the
death of a 24-year-old Frankston man in December last year.
The man's body was found on the corner of Hastings Road and
Clarendon Street, near the Frankston hospital, in the early
hours of December 22.
In an out-of-sessions court hearing on Monday night, a
61-year-old man from Hastings and a 29-year-old Carrum Downs
man were charged with his murder.
A 30-year-old woman, also from Carrum Downs, was charged with
perverting the course of justice.
They were remanded in custody and will appear at the
Melbourne Magistrates Court on Tuesday.
