A man has been taken to hospital with a fractured skull and
other serious injuries after he was run over by a car in
Sydney's west.
Police allege a 33-year-old man was hit by a car driven by a
27-year-old man after an altercation on Union Lane in Penrith
about 12.30pm on Thursday.
The injured man was taken to Westmead Hospital with serious
injuries.
The driver was charged with wounding a person with intent to
cause grievous bodily harm.
Conditional bail was granted and he is due to appear before
Penrith Local court on February 20.
