A man and a woman have been arrested after a man was shot in
the face in a south Brisbane street.
The 31-year-old was taken to Princess Alexandra Hospital with
a bullet wound to his mouth.
The injury is not life threatening and the victim is in a
stable condition.
Police were called to Norton Street in Upper Mount Gravatt
about 2pm (local time) on Thursday.
A 24-year-old man ran into a nearby house but surrendered to
officers a short time later.
The man, from nearby Wishart, and a 44-year-old woman from
Upper Mount Gravatt are being questioned by police.
