Disgraced ex-minister to front corruption probe

Disgraced former NSW Lands Minister Tony Kelly will be the next political figure to front an explosive corruption inquiry into political donations.

The Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) is investigating allegations of illegal political donations.

The inquiry has led to sitting Liberal MPs standing aside and has heard allegations of under-the-table developer donations and a smear campaign.

Ex-Labor minister Mr Kelly is scheduled to give evidence on Tuesday.

The former minister is no stranger to ICAC. In 2011 the watchdog found he acted corruptly over the purchase of a former union retreat at Currawong on Sydney's northern beaches.

Former treasurer Eric Roozendaal, ex-premier Kristina Keneally and developer Nathan Tinkler are due to give evidence later in the week.
