Terror raid teen pleads guilty

A Melbourne teenager arrested during anti-terror raids which allegedly foiled an Anzac Day attack has pleaded guilty.

Mehran Azami (19) of Narre Warren faced the Victorian County Court today accused of importing more than 200 weapons including flick knives, and tasers designed to look like iPhones.

Azami entered a plea of guilty to 19 charges, and was committed to stand trial on three summary charges before the Victorian County Court in October.

She was arrested in pre-dawn raids on April 18, which targeted an alleged plan to attack police at Anzac Day services.
