John Wilson Drive

Since this road can and will be used by pedestrians and vehicles at any time, the logical way to apply a speed restriction of, say 20kmh, is the best solution. It is pointless to drive at speed along this road, it leads to the area where most people would like to sit in their vehicles and take in the view.
