Dunedin Police have arrested two people in relation to the
theft and death of a pet lamb in Corstorphine last month.
The lamb was later found dead on its owner's front step with
a crushed head and substantial burns to its body.
Police said today two Dunedin men, aged 17 and 18, will
appear in the Dunedin District Court this Friday.
The pair faces joint charges of theft and cruelty, and ill
treatment of animals under the Animal Welfare Act 1999.
