Otago polytechnic Students tucked into the free tucker at
the Otago Polytechnic Student Association's barbecue at the
polytechnic quadrangle yesterday.
They rated the sausages well and liked entertainment by Jae
Bedford and Miriam Craig.
Three hundred sausages were consumed in less than 30 minutes
during the first Orientation event of 2009.
OPSA co-president Ryan Ward said free barbecues were offered
three times a year and this one was "a good start to the
Orientation season".
