Otago Polytechnic has been given more than $7500 worth of
vehicle parts from Holden New Zealand to help with its
automotive training programmes.
The donation is part of an initiative between the vehicle
manufacturer and the New Zealand Motor Industry Training
Organisation involving the donation of more than $300,000 of
vehicle components to polytechnics, schools and private
training organisations.
Otago Polytechnic received a transmission from a Holden VT V6
and transaxles from a Daewoo.
