If you were paying $120+ per annum your property would have
to be worth $550,000 and this would be considered a lot more
than the average property. You would also pay: $238+ towards
libraries. $102+ towards swimming pools $79+ towards the art
gallery $166+ for museums $47+ Botanic Gardens $276 for parks

when you look at the cost of the libraries, museums, parks...
I'd like to donate to the Regent, but I'm out of pocket to
the tune of +$120 per annum due to a certain piece of
"infrastructure" in this town. I'm considering that to be my
donation to city facilities. It would have been great to have
had a choice in the matter, though.
