Timaru police are not treating the death of a 28-year-old woman found dead on Sunday morning as suspicious.
A member of the public found the body of the woman on a driveway off Quarry Rd and St John Ambulance alerted police about 9am.
The body was taken to Christchurch for an autopsy on Sunday.
Police were not treating her death as suspicious and all investigations were now being carried out under the Coroners Act, Senior Sergeant Mark Offen said.
