Marcus Lush leads followers on Dunedin mystery tour

Media personality Marcus Lush is leading his 13,700 Twitter followers on a magical mystery tour as he wanders round Dunedin on foot.

Lush, who tweeted that he walked 40km in the city yesterday, is posting regular photographs of oddities he encounters in the city.

Yesterday he posted a photograph of a pink hula hoop stuck [2] incongruously around the top section of a lamp-post in the town belt and asked for help identifying a mystery brick structure near the Oval [3] (it's the disused Market Reserve public toilets).

Today, he has praised the city for embracing the holly fence, come across his first bin made out of pipe [4] and scolded whoever decided to build bus shelters without seats. [5]
