Reader letter response - noisy cars

I am responding to a letter you received on January 13 from Mr Robert Chisholm.

I am one of said neighbours with an apparently noisy car.

My car has just recently come into the country; it has a brand new VIN & warrant of fitness.

All 3 'noisy' neighbours start work at around 8am and finish work around 5pm.

Mr Chisholm has made complaints to the police that we drag race and do burnouts up and down the steet which simply is untrue.

He has also made at least 3 complaints to the police community roadwatch about me speeding down the street - again untrue.

Mr Chisholm has also come onto my property asking if we had put rubbish in his rubbish bin?

I have spoken with other neighbours and none of them are bothered by any of the vehicles Mr Chisholm is complaining about.
