Police inquiries are continuing into a car crash at the intersection of Wansbeck and Hull Sts, Oamaru, yesterday which left one woman in hospital with minor injuries.
Emergency services arrived at the scene about 8.30am to find one car through a fence and the other with its front smashed.
Senior Constable Gary Mahuika, of Oamaru, said the driver of the vehicle that failed to give way was taken to Oamaru Hospital with injuries believed to have been caused when the car's airbags inflated.
