An expo and family fun day at Waikouaiti on Saturday
attracted more than 1000 people.
Thirty-two stalls were set up by community groups.
Entertainment included pony rides, tai chi, volleyball and
petanque.
Raffles were run to aid people affected by the Christchurch
earthquake and many of the stalls were planning to give part
of their proceeds to aid the Christchurch earthquake victims,
field worker for the Progress of Waikouaiti association Sonya
