Balclutha police are investigating an alleged sexual attack
on a woman in Milton.
Detective Sergeant Kate Bartlett, of Balclutha, said a woman
was walking home from a friend's address about 4.30am on
Sunday when she was sexually assaulted by a man who
approached her from behind, near St Mary's School, in Dryden
St.
The woman was unable to obtain a description of the man.
Balclutha police want to hear from anyone who may have been
in the Spencer and Dryden Sts area of Milton between 4am and
5.30am on Sunday.
