A man has been flown to Dunedin Hospital with serious leg injuries following a crash on State Highway 1 between Milton and Balclutha.
The injured man was on a motorcycle which collided with another vehicle about 5.30pm, before ending up in a paddock.
The road was closed about 20 minutes while the man was loaded in to the rescue helicopter.
It was not thought anyone else was hurt in the crash.
