Milton St John's longest-serving member Bob Sinclair (95), who still works on the committee and tends the garden at St John's Eden St, Milton, site, stands with one of the team's latest ambulances.
St John this weekend celebrates 50 years' service in Milton with a dinner tonight and a church service and long-service awards ceremony tomorrow.
Mr Sinclair has been with the team since St John started in Milton in 1965. Today, there are 15 operational volunteers and 12 committee members in Milton.
The St John rooms will be open to the public to view memorabilia this afternoon between 2pm and 4pm.
