Those interested in the Kaitangata land and house package have until Friday to make an offer on the remaining two sections available.
Property consultant Margot Berney said interested parties were told on Monday of the new criteria for the land and house package and had a deadline of 3pm on Friday.
About eight people had shown interest on each of the properties.
The vendors will peruse the applications and decide based on the information provided.
Mrs Berney was confident the sections would be sold. The next eight sections would be listed in the next few weeks.
