Ross Taylor has been traded by the Delhi Daredevils to
the Pune Warriors for the next instalment of the Indian Premier
League.
The Daredevils swapped the former Black Caps skipper for
former Indian fast bowler Ashish Nehra.
The Warriors will be Taylor's fourth IPL team after also
playing for the Rajasthan Royals and Royal Challengers
Bangalore. He played 12 matches for the Daredevils who made
the semifinals last year but failed to fire scoring just one
50 at an average of 19.70.
The Warriors spent US$2.5 million - the most of all clubs -
at the recent IPL auction, picking up Australian skipper
Michael Clarke and Sri Lankan spinner Ajantha Mendis.
They also spent US$700,000 on fast bowler Kane Richardson,
who's played just one one-day international for Australia.
