Jack Salt, Casey Frank and Tai Webster come into the playing squad, replacing Nick Horvath, Tai Wynyard and Josh Bloxham.
Frank returns from a calf strain that has kept him sidelined for the past four days, missing the opening win in Wellington.
The experienced big took a full part in practice on arrival in Tauranga yesterday and again came through today's shoot-around without complications.
Salt replaces the injured Nick Horvath with the Manawatu Jets centre tweaking his back in the opening win and has not taken part in training since, while Tai Webster did not suit up in Wellington having only just arrived from the US the night before.
