Cricket: Otago in dire trouble at lunch

Otago is in dire trouble at lunch at 122-6, trailing Northern Districts by 318 runs in their Plunket Shield match at Seddon Park in Hamilton.

On the final day of the four-day match, Otago needs a dogged efffort to avoid defeat and a miracle to win.

Darren Broom and Derek de Boorder were dismissed just before lunch. 

Neil Broom is unbeaten on 52 and will be joined at the crease by Jimmy Neesham when play resumes.

James Baker has been the pick of the Northern bowlers with 3-23.
