Cricketer Sophie Devine returned to New Zealand yesterday having been ruled out of the remainder of the Rose Bowl series against Australia with a foot injury.
Devine sustained an injury to the peroneal tendon in her left foot while bowling and did not play in the first one-day international, won by the White Ferns, on Wednesday. No replacement has been named at this stage.
