Cricket: Williamson cleared to bowl again

The Black Caps will be able to utilise Kane Williamson's off-spin again in Saturday's second one-dayer against Pakistan in Sharjah.

After a five-month ban from the bowling crease, the stand-in captain has been cleared to bowl again by the ICC after tests last month showed he had corrected his action

Williamson is relieved to be able to put the saga behind him.

"It's a good feeling. There's been a lot of work put into correcting the action, so it's nice to pass the test.

"In saying that, I guess there's still a lot of work to be done to improve my bowling so I can be an option."
