Newcastle United has opened the Football United tour with an impressive 4-0 win over Sydney FC in Dunedin tonight.
The English Premier League club scored three goals in a withering 14-minute burst in the first half.
Newcastle added a fourth seven minutes from fulltime through rising star Adam Armstrong, leaving the crowd of about 10,000 more than satisfied.
