Lee carded a two-under 70 to finish at two-under for the tournament, which left him in a share of 32nd, although there's still a host of players out on the course that could influence where he and Wilkinson finish.
Wilkinson completed a one-over 73 in his fourth round to close the tournament at seven-over in a share of 72nd and the left-hander will likely rue his disappointing third round 77 yesterday which dropped him down the leaderboard.
American Matt Every and Australia Adam Scott held the lead earlier at 13-under through 11 and 10 holes respectively.
Meanwhile, on the Web.com Tour, Steven Alker produced a two-under 68 in his final round at the Panama Claro Championship.

Mexican Carlos Ortiz held the lead a short time ago at 10-under through 10 holes.
On the LPGA, 16-year-old Lydia Ko will begin her final round shortly at the JTBC Founders Cup in Phoenix where she holds a one-stroke lead over American Jessica Korda.
