Disc golfer makes amazing shot (+ video)

Everyone has thrown a frisbee around at some point in their lives, but few do it as well as Philo Brathwaite.

Playing in the Professional Disc Golf Association's Beaver State Fling, Brathwaite landed an "albatross", taking just two shots to complete a 259m par five hole.

Brathwaite landed the shot without being able to see his target and was just as surprised as everyone else to see it had gone in.

"That was awesome man," he was quoted as saying by CBS Sports.

"I had no idea it went in. I was just thinking, 'Yes I made the corner, finally, once in my life'. Even better than in the corner, in the basket."

Brathwaite finished second at the tournament, netting close to $US3000 ($NZ4200) in prize money.
